BCARES (Boulder County Amateur Radio Emergency Service) is a volunteer organization of
licensed Amateur Radio enthusiasts formed for the express purpose of providing
communication and public service pertaining to the protection of life and/or property,
in support of local, state, and federal agencies who may need supplemental communication
in times of natural or man made events. (full bylaws...)
The 2009 BCARES annual meeting was held January 26, 2009 at the Boulder County Clerk and Recorders Office. Many members were in attendance.
