Net Participant Pointers:

When checking into a BCARES net, unless the acting NCS instructs otherwise, provide ONLY your:

  • Call Sign
  • First Name
  • Nightly Question Answer (if there is a question for the night)
  • If you have a Question or Anouncement for the net. (If you do not, then no comment is necessary!)

NCS Pointers:

  • The nightly question for the net is up to you.
  • Always start the net On Time!
  • Be prepared with writing utensils, paper, log forms, etc.
  • Remind everyone about the NCS schedule.
  • Avoid 3rd person phrases. Be personable.
  • SMILE !!!
