We have scheduled a WEBEOC training session for Tuesday evening May 22nd at the EOC.

WEBEOC is a web based application that allows BCARES members to Log-in from wherever they may be to obtain information about an active incident in progress, or to access certain BCARES documentation from the BCARES File Library.

WEBEOC is required training for the Facility Support level of BCARES membership (next level beyond Associate). This level of membership is used to determine your possible deployment to a shelter during an active incident.

BCARES currently has 30 Associate level members that do not yet have this training.

This session is limited to a maximum of 18 students, so if you are interested and available for this session, please click on the date in the calendar and 'Book' yourself into the session. If you have a problem in the booking process please contact Jerry directly. We need to submit a list of names and e-mail addresses prior to the session for the instructor to create a login for each participant.

We'll need to field two teams for this year's Bolder Boulder, one at the starting line (30th & Walnut) and one at the finish (CU's Folsom Field), plus the usual folks in the press box as for a football game. So we're looking for 6+ folks that have ATV experience at CU and similar events. Please sign up on the event page.

Starting time is expected to be 6am.

We have several opportunities for our (D)ATV folks to help this summer:

Bolder Boulder on Memorial Day (5/30)

Dalai Lama visit to CU on Thursday, 6/23

Dead & Co evening concerts at CU Saturday & Sunday before 4th of July (7/2 and 7/3)

Please check out the events page and sign up! And of course, look for DATV training and CU football events later this year.
