AuxFog

The Auxiliary Communications Field Operations Guide is prepared by the US Department of Homeland Security Office of Emergency Communications. 

AuxComm

The official name given by Homeland Security to Amateur Radio operators (RACES/ARES/CERT), REACT members and others, who augment the paid/trained first responders during declared emergencies.
