OutPost Packet Messaging Manager

OUTPOST Software has been added to our Packet Sets, along with RCWinPacket and RMS Express.

RCWinPacket has been around and used for quite some time now.

RMS (Radio Messaging Server) and WinLink Packet is a way to pass messages from Radio to the Internet

OUTPOST is the latest implementation of using Packet Radio messaging in an Emergency Event
